Shokz launches headphones that don't need to be in-ear
Applying bone conduction technology, the new generation headphone from Shokz brings a music listening experience without the need for earplugs, comfortable when playing sports.
Bone conduction headphones use transducers that transmit vibrations through the cheekbones and transmit sound directly to the inner ear, bypassing the eardrum, completely different from the sound transmission mechanism using vibrations through the air like traditional headphones.

This technology helps the headphones have an open-ear design, different from conventional in-ear or over-ear headphones. With this new technology, users will not feel entangled or uncomfortable but will always be comfortable and free to move when practicing high-intensity exercises.
Featuring an open mechanism, bone conduction headphones allow users to listen to music while cycling, running and exercising while still being aware of all sounds and movements around them, staying safe in all situations.

This new technology also improves disadvantages such as stuffiness, ringing or earache when worn for a long time. Bone conduction headphones have an open design, do not need to be inserted directly into the ear canal, helping the ear stay airy and clean.
Thanks to many advantages such as comfortable use, safety, and hygiene, bone conduction headphones are specially designed for people who are passionate about exercise and love sports, especially outdoor training.
