HP Laser MFP 136W - multifunction printer for office

 The HP Laser MFP 136W multifunction printer series is compact in design but has a large ink tank, wireless connectivity, and remote printing via the HP Smart application.

The new popular device launched by HP is suitable for small office spaces. The machine meets moderate printing needs while still providing good quality, full functionality, and convenience when printing documents and daily invoices.

The highlight of the Laser 136W is its ability to optimize costs for businesses and small offices. Compared to the previous generation, the improved product comes with a larger design to print more. The HP 110A cartridge has a printing capacity of 1,500 pages. The 110A is characterized by fine particles, no clumping, so there are few errors and ink stains on the print. This helps small businesses save costs, optimize time and workflow by not having to constantly replace ink.

Using genuine HP ink also helps maintain longevity, thereby ensuring productivity and durability of office equipment.

Aimed at small offices with modest spaces, the HP Laser MFP 136W has a compact design. The machine's length, height, and width are 406 mm, 359.6 mm, and 253 mm, respectively, approximately the size of a speaker or a 13-inch laptop. It weighs about 7 kg. The product comes in two basic colors, white and black, with an LCD screen and intuitive control buttons for convenient monitoring and control. The simplicity makes the machine suitable for a variety of users with different aesthetic tastes and workspaces.

Comes with a large ink cartridge is a fast printing speed, about 20 pages per minute, or nearly 3 seconds per page. This speed is faster than some popular printers today, usually at 15-20 pages per minute. HP Laser 136W ensures print quality thanks to a resolution of 1,200x1,200 dpi. In addition, laser printing technology helps images, graphics or details on documents to be reproduced more clearly and accurately.

Another plus is its versatility. The device meets the needs of printing, scanning, and photocopying documents, and supports many different sizes such as A4, A5, B5 (JIS), DL, C5 envelopes. The typical feature of HP products is remote printing via the HP Smart application, which is also available on the HP Laser 136W. This feature allows users to control the machine and edit documents via the Cloud, OneDrive.

Due to the nature of her work, Ms. Trang Dai - HR manager for a company in Ho Chi Minh City, said that she often has to print large quantities of papers and documents. Previously, the office's old printer often had problems with clumping ink or not clearly reproducing details on images. The new HP product, which has been used for a month, has almost overcome this limitation.

"The HP Laser 136W printer is suitable for small offices like mine. It is especially fast in printing but still has clear quality, and is convenient to control remotely," said Ms. Dai.

According to HP, the printing needs of small and medium-sized businesses are currently very large. Choosing the right equipment, maximizing functionality and cost will help businesses and employees work better, reduce distractions and focus on big goals.

"The product promises to become a powerful tool for small businesses and start-ups," said the manufacturer's representative.

The product currently comes with a 1-to-1 exchange warranty within 30 days for manufacturer defects.
